The problem

Why it matters.

Card networks and international wires take a cut of every payment and can hold funds for days. Crypto payments avoid that, but usually leave finance teams with volatile amounts, unmatched transfers and records an accountant won’t accept.

Our approach

How BitInvoices solves it.

BitInvoices prices everything in USD and locks the exchange rate at checkout, so the amount you receive matches the amount you billed. Payments are confirmed on-chain, matched to their invoices automatically and settled to your wallet in payouts, while reports stay in USD and freeze when they are generated.

Capabilities

Everything you need.

Crypto invoicing and payments for businesses. Price in your currency, get paid in stablecoins, keep clean books.

Invoicing

Rate-locked crypto invoices with status tracking from sent to paid.

Payment links

Payment and checkout links you can share anywhere, no invoice required.

Recurring billing

Bill customers on a schedule without recreating invoices.

Expense tracking

Record what goes out next to what comes in, in the same ledger.

Global payouts

Settle confirmed payments to your wallet, with a record of every payout.

Client portal

A place for customers to see their history, download receipts and pay.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. 01

    Create an invoice or link

Price in USD, choose which cryptocurrencies you accept, and send it to your customer or share a link.

  2. 02

    Your customer pays in crypto

The rate is locked at checkout, so the amount you receive matches the amount you billed.

  3. 03

    Track, reconcile, get paid out

Each payment is confirmed on-chain, matched to its invoice and settled to your wallet in a payout.

Verification

Every payment, verified on-chain

Each transaction carries its amount in crypto and USD, the exact rate it was priced at, the sending address, the transaction hash and its confirmations. Reconciling becomes a matter of reading, not chasing.

  • Exchange rate locked for a set window at checkout
  • Underpaid and overpaid invoices flagged automatically
  • Refunds paid from a dedicated reserve

Crypto payments your accountant will accept

Invoices, reports and balances stay in USD. Transaction hashes, addresses and confirmations are stored with each payment, one click from the block explorer, and accounting reports are frozen when generated so a closed period stays closed.

  • Proof stored with every payment
  • Reports that don’t change after close

Contact us
Which stablecoins and networks can my customers pay with?

Customers can pay in USDC, USDT and DAI on Ethereum, Tron and BNB Chain, as well as in ETH. You choose which ones each invoice accepts.

How does the rate lock work?

At checkout, the crypto amount is fixed at the current rate for a limited window. If the customer pays within that window, you receive what you priced in USD.

When do I receive my funds?

Confirmed payments are grouped into payouts and sent to your wallet. You can see every payout, its transactions and its status in the dashboard.

How do the processing fees work?

BitInvoices charges processing fees as low as 0% on stablecoin payments. Settling on-chain removes intermediary banks, and the savings are passed on to you. See the BitInvoices pricing page for details.

Do I need to verify my business?

Yes. You can explore everything in sandbox mode right away. To accept live payments, you submit your business license, tax ID, bank account proof, personal ID and proof of address.
